Well good morning folks,

Today is a good day, after a few weeks of selection and integration, we are proud to announce that our new support system is live!

An email has gone out to all of our clients this morning, so they are now clued up on how to contact us even quicker. Due to 100% growth month on month, we have been struggling to manage the amount of support requests, changes, quotation requests etc etc. So, we have had to adapt and grow! We now have a fully fledged support system that allows our clients to instantly connect with a technical support member and then be assigned their account manager / support manager or accounts department within seconds! Its amazing really. Couldn’t be happier.
