Welcome Olivia Miles to the Falcon Digital family!

What a day to celebrate! Today we welcome the energetic and driven Olivia Miles to the Falcon Digital team. She will be heading up the customer services and success team and will no doubt be in touch very soon. Olivia specialises in customer success, client satisfaction, systems development, and sales.

Olivia has completed her new starter questionnaire, read on to find out more about Olivia and what makes her tick:

What is it you love about this industry?

I am a strong believer in good customer service. So, working in marketing is perfect for me as it is all about communication and delivering a high quality service for businesses just like Falcon Digital. It is exciting to see businesses develop and grow through our work.

What do you value most about your job at Falcon Digital?

Falcon Digital is all about relationship building and providing the service our customers want. Each customer has individual qualities and perks which I love exploring. A day is never boring at Falcon Digital that’s for sure. There are so many opportunities here I really value good honest business which I witness here every day.

What are the benefits, in your opinion, working for Falcon Digital?

I love meeting new people and building good long lasting relationships through work and in my leisure time. Each day I learn new things, sometimes it feels there isn’t enough hours in the day! There is so much to do and learn. Through Falcon Digital I am growing in my role and as a person.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I spend all my time being active, I love mountain biking, this is my main passion. I enjoy working out and doing classes at the gym. I love going on long walks with all the dogs and when I need some down time, I enjoy drawing. I need to constantly being doing something which I believe reflects in my work and attitude at Falcon Digital. I also work at the leisure centre part time so I am constantly on the go and doing something.

Do you have any pets?

I have a beautiful Springador named George. He loves long walks and has a cheeky way about him which I believe he gets from me! My partner has two Labradors and a puppy jack Russell so I am living the best life being around dogs all day every day.

What hobbies do you have?

Mountain biking, road biking, long walks, football … anything that gets my heart going. My more chilled hobbies include drawing, gaming, and I just love being around people and dogs.

What is your favourite meal?

This is such a hard question! I love a roast dinner on a Sunday but you can’t beat a good sandwich.

What stand down day is your favourite at Falcon Digital?

I really enjoy days out with clients. Our last day out included meeting potential business partners with Nigel Sargent regarding packaging for his hand made gentlemen’s garments. Its very exciting to be helping with new projects and meeting the people we may be working with in the future.

What does your job at Falcon Digital entail?

Well, I do many things at falcon digital. As we are a start up company I have been involved since the start. My main role is in sales, connecting, helping, and facilitating customers wants and needs. I also took on a project which involves adding products to websites which is all new to me, every day I am getting better at using WordPress and Excel.

What can you help with?

Anything, I give everything a good go if I can’t help then the founder Falcon Digital is usually working right next to me.
