Good morning. Happy hump day, as the Gen Z’s in the office say.

As you have probably noticed there has not been much communication from the news desk of late and here is probably why:

Grown:

Our team has grown considerably, from humble beginnings in October 2021, with no more than a desk, a large empty office and a dream, our office is now stacked. Filled with a website developer, social media expert, customer success manager, search engine optimisation guru and soon to be announced – Non-executive director. We have welcomed this month Evi – our new SEO guru who is nailing it, with clients seeing huge hits on their websites from her advanced SEO skills and work. We also welcomed Olivia – our new customer success manager, who in this month alone has successfully launched our new social media management service. So successfully I may add, that we are now welcoming a new member of the team on Monday 30th May – soon to be announced. We will also be announcing our new Non-executive director in due course. Happy to say that we are nurturing a team that is motivated, loyal, intelligent and more importantly committed to their clients and individual businesses. The future’s bright, the future’s Falcon (sorry Orange / EE).

Thrived:

As the infographic states, we are thriving! Word of mouth is quickly spreading across the South West and parts of the UK about Falcon Digital. We have doubled our current client’s contracts off the back of our SEO and digital marketing success and have also signed a plethora of local businesses wanting our SEO and SMM knowledge and expertise. I am happy to announce that we have nearly hit our yearly target 5 months earlier than expected! We also have a lot of work in the pipeline for our new social media management (SMM) service too.

Evolved:

Our current customers will inform you that our customer care is second to none. We are pioneering SEO client relationships with our weekly updates and thorough marketing reports. Giving our clients vital data to improve their business practices and marketing campaigns. The new Falcon Digital ticketing and phone support system are proving a hit too, we cater for all preferred contact methods now and you are only minutes away from speaking to your account manager. Or, as we prefer, pop into the office and have a coffee and cake!

Delivered:

Success is only achieved when you deliver on promises, communicate well, set expectations and prove your work. We have done that. Over the last 6 weeks, our customers have seen a huge spike in visitors hits and enquiries. To the point we have had to upgrade servers as the hits have melted CPUs! This has been made possible by the training and analytical approaches we take for SEO and SMM contracts, ensuring the work we do is of top quality and relevant to the clients’ needs. Extremely proud of Evi and Olivia this month for their hard work and determination. We are now reaping the fruit of our labours!
