Charles Penny
Director
Charles has vast experience in the media industry, starting off in the print industry, and moving on to newspaper development, website design, management and consultancy.
Having completed his MBA at the University of Exeter in 2020, Charles rebranded his growing digital agency to Falcon Digital in 2021.
Kelly Harvey
Office Manager
Kelly joined us back in April 2024, she will be instilling growth-orientated systems and processes for Falcon Digital.
Kelly will be running the discipline and structure of Falcon Digital to enable us to grow the business. She will be helping us with systems, processes, and overall admin.
Kelly has vast experience and skills in managing high-level accounts and taking the lead on customer experience.
Sam Cox
Sales, Video Production and SEO
Sam joined Falcon Digital in late 2022 but has already made a great impression. He is currently developing and managing the new video production services arm of the business. He is also in charge of our direct sales outreach.
Sam has a passion for all things cinema and video and loves hiking at the weekends.
Elise Prowse
SEO and Social Media
Elise looks after our social media in-house and manages an array of SEO clients. She is extremely good at copywriting, social media management and yoga!
Millie Barrett
SEO
Millie joined the team at Falcon Digital in August 2023, she is mastering SEO to aid Evi and her team. Already she is proving she has the aptitude for the task at hand and is becoming a strong asset for the business and its SEO clients.
Nicci Murphy
Consultancy and soon-to-be NED
Nicci has a long and experienced career in growing start-ups into national businesses and established organisations. She has been consulting Falcon Digital for the past year and has seen its client base increase tenfold. Nicci is part of the fabric here at Falcon.
